This policy explains what KonnectPe collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website only, not merchant accounts or payment processing.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, work email, company, country, expected volume, the topic and your message. The form also records, automatically:
- your IP address and the approximate location worked out from it (usually the city of your internet provider);
- your browser timezone and language;
- your device type.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, to route it to the right team, and to keep the form free of spam and misuse. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is kept in our email and in our internal list of enquiries. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then delete them.
Sharing
We share details only with the service providers that help us run email and our enquiry list, and with our licensed payment partners when your enquiry needs them. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by writing to help@konnectpe.com. If you do not want the automatic details recorded, email us instead of using the form.
